This allows the Client to test the Hostnats(Skynats Technologies) service and see if it is appropriate for the Client. Clients qualify for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee as long as the service or product is cancelled within the first 30 days of usage. To receive a refund, we must receive a request for a refund through a ticket within 15 days of the service being cancelled. If the Client is in their second month, they are only entitled to receive a refund for that month. Clients are only eligible for refunds on the first product purchased from Hostnats(Skynats Technologies). Clients may not receive refunds for additional products ordered after the first product. Clients who receive a Domain with the purchase of their Shared or Business Hosting will still qualify for a refund, minus the cost of the domain name. Hostnats(Skynats Technologies) reserves the right to refuse refunds to Clients who are using Hostnats(Skynats Technologies) servers for any kind of mining (Example: Bitcoin).

All payments after the first 30 days of service to Hostnats(Skynats Technologies) are non-refundable, regardless of usage or reason. Any incorrect, overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 14 days of the time the charge occurred. Refunds of any kind for any reason may take up to 60 days from the time the refund is requested or offered for processing.
